How we calculate (at a glance)

Per shift: base pay = (leaders × leader rate + officers × officer rate) × hours. Your current provider then adds holiday %, Employer NI %, sick pay, uniforms (amortised), admin time, and any wasted hours. Salibo keeps base pay + minimal admin + no holiday/NI/sick/uniform costs on your side.

Scale up: per-shift → per-week → per-month (× 4.3333) → Year 1 (× 52). Apply your inflation rate for forward years.
