Where it started
In the UK, security is essential but often inefficient: last-minute cover, thin documentation, inconsistent standards, and officers treated as temps. Nouh Salibo saw this first hand across retail, rail stations, nightclubs and construction. A Medical Genetics graduate from Queen Mary University of London, he approached the problem like a systems builder designing a service that responds in real time and leaves a clean record.
What we built
Salibo is an on-demand platform for licensed staffing with AI that makes every shift auditable. Clients book trusted officers at short notice; voice-to-text incident reporting produces clear, time stamped records. A Digital Credential Wallet (coming) verifies SIA, training and Right-to-Work. AI CCTV alerts (trespass, shoplifting, fights) feed the same record and inform decisions through a BI dashboard.
Momentum
200+ officers onboarded with 800+ in the pipeline. Delivery at Notting Hill Carnival (band detail) and pilots with Concourse, Copeland Park and Boxpark, plus sector pilots across retail, nightlife, events and transport. The focus now: convert pilots into multi site agreements with predictable service quality and evidence-led reporting

Corporate legal specialist for commercial contracts, governance and risk. Standardises MSAs/SLAs/data terms so deals scale; supports SEIS/EIS readiness and enterprise procurement
Neil Yeomans
Ex-Deloitte partner with 30+ years in finance and governance. Establishes KPI rhythm and budgeting, stress tests pricing and unit economics, and builds the risk framework that underpins investor confidence
David Chihai
Scales rostering and quality across London, Manchester and Birmingham; aligns onboarding, compliance and training so pilots convert cleanly into repeat business
Dania Bakri
Leads brand, content and acquisition. Produces explainers, runs referral programme marketing, and grows officer and client pipelines through PR, socials and targeted campaigns
Harshil Malaviya
Architects the platform and data layer. Leads instrumentation and experiment frameworks for growth, enforces privacy by design and data governance; and co-produces technical video explainers/demos to communicate features and train users.
