In the UK, security is essential but often inefficient. Cover is arranged at the last minute, documentation is thin, standards vary widely, and officers are treated as disposable rather than professional.
Nouh Salibo saw this first hand while working across retail, rail stations, night-time venues, and construction sites. With a background in Medical Genetics from Queen Mary University of London, he approached the problem as a systems builder, not a traditional operator.
