What Happens After the Request

Once we receive your request, we will:

1. Confirm your identity

2. Begin data deletion within 7 days

3. Complete the process within 30 days

4. Notify you once the account and associated data have been deleted

What Data Is Deleted

1. Your account profile (name, phone, email)

2. Uploaded ID and SIA documentation

3. Payment details (if stored) Shift and job history

4. Any in-app messages or files shared

Note: Some records, such as payment transactions and tax-related documentation, may be retained for up to 6 years for legal or financial compliance, in line with GDPR Article 17(3).

Revoke Access to Third Parties

If you connected third-party services (e.g., Stripe), we recommend revoking access directly from those platforms.

If you have previously applied to a job, your profile data may have already been shared with the client for vetting purposes. This cannot be reversed, but your profile will no longer appear for new job listings once deleted.
