About the Founder

Noah Salibo is the founder and CEO of Salibo Ltd, a purpose-driven platform transforming the private security industry through fairness, innovation, and technology. His journey began in Sudan, where he was born during a time of war. After arriving in the UK, Noah balanced multiple jobs—particularly in the security sector—while earning a degree in Medical Genetics from Queen Mary University of London.

It was through his own experience as a security guard that Noah discovered just how broken the system was. Security personnel often faced delayed payments, a lack of support, and no path for professional growth. Clients, meanwhile, were frustrated by unreliability, cancellations, and poor communication. Noah saw an opportunity to create real change.

Combining his entrepreneurial mindset with deep insight from the field, Noah launched Salibo: a marketplace that connects clients with SIA-licensed security guards in real-time, supported by AI, transparent systems, and fair pay. His goal? To make security services more efficient, ethical, and inclusive.

Noah has since been recognized as an award-winning founder, receiving the Build It Award and leading Salibo to global stages including Web Summit. Today, he leads with a bold vision: to build a global security ecosystem where fairness is the standard, technology drives progress, and communities feel safer—together.
