Nouh Salibo: Founder & CEO, Salibo
In a world where security is essential, Nouh Salibo saw an industry defined by chaos, low pay, and broken trust. From Sudan to London, his journey has been shaped by resilience and by firsthand experience across retails, rail stations, nightclubs, and construction sites. Today, he is not just calling for change. He is building it.
With a degree in Medical Genetics from Queen Mary University, Nouh blends scientific thinking with street-level experience viewing the private security system as the society’s immune system: always present, trained to detect threats, and built to respond in real time.
Where It Started
In the UK's £24B private security sector, inefficiency is the norm. Clients suffer unreliable cover. Security officers get delayed pay and poor treatment. While many accepted this as standard, Nouh saw an opportunity to rebuild the system from the inside out.
What We Built
Salibo is the first AI-driven, on-demand security platform connecting clients with local on-demand licensed security officers in a short notice for on going project or a shift cover. From AI- driven voice to text incident reporting to AI powerd CCTV alter for detecting fight, shopliffting, and trestpassing. GPS tracking for check in & out and verified digital credentials wallet. Our platform ensures every shift is safe, transparent, and compliant for businesses and security officers alike.

With over 800 SIA-licensed officers in the pipline and over 100s onboarded, Salibo serves venues, events, construction sites, and retailers across London and beyond. We've won the Build It Award, the Grow It Award, and graduated from the Peachscore Accelerator.
